I, Michael Imo, was born in Abia, Nigeria on May 3rd, 1993. I moved to Chicago with my mom and two little brothers in 2006 to stay with my dad who had moved here on with a pastoral visa. In 2009 I moved to Houston because my mom didn’t like the Chicago cold and plus there were more Africans living here. I moved to San Marcos in 2016 to attend TXST. 

 

As a child I was already in love with music, bopping my head to every song and when I moved to Chicago I found myself watching award shows and picturing myself on that stage. After working with a couple of producers I decided to do things my own way and bought recording equipment and created every chance I got. 

 

I plan on putting out more music and working with more artists especially ones in San Marcos.
